Since this is my first time working with and alongside a contractor, I was nervous as I wasn’t sure what to expect, but Rick made my life simple. His communication was superb, and his work ethic and attention to detail is second to none. Whenever there was a delay or if there were things that he thought may benefit my family, he would always text or email us right away so that we wouldn’t be blindsided. But what I love most about working with Rick and Rain is that they are two very caring individuals who go out of their way to make sure that you do not have to be worried about any of the processes or be overwhelmed with the information. They are some of the most kind and compassionate people I have ever met, and it put my mind at ease.

After about a month now of renovations being completed, the home is amazing. My family and I would easily recommend Red Dove Developments to anyone who is looking for a hard-working, dedicated, but most of all, caring group to do their renovations.

After almost four months in our new home, we can safely say that this is a wonderful place to live. The many features including a giant en suite bathroom, a large kitchen island, nine-foot ceilings, office space, a heat pump, and a lovely, covered veranda make this everything-on-one-level home a real joy. Also, the attentiveness of Rick Gilley and Red Dove Developments to our questions as we get comfortable in our new surroundings has been exemplary. A great place!
